Using hypnosis, I will guide you to key events from your life that are related to your trauma and help you to release the emotions that tie you to them, with compassion and love. The impact and effect of this trauma can then lessen and lessen. The overall effect is very powerful and offers a release and a lightening of the load by healing at the root cause.

The initial session can last up to one and a half hours with additional sessions of up to one hour as needed. The compassionate trauma release is also ideally paired with a session of Body based trauma release for a complete commencement of healing.
