The body holds the key!
Aches, pains, discomfort and other sensations and feelings can indicate a need to release trapped thoughts, emotions and energies. If left alone, these can result in a variety of conditions, from anxiety and stress, to depression and even disease.
Using hypnosis, I will help you find the root of trauma by guiding you to areas of your body that may be carrying stress, tension or the effects of mental trauma which has manifested physically. I will then aid you in hearing and feeling what this physical pain or discomfort is trying to tell you, to allow release and healing to begin.
Like the compassionate trauma release technique, body based trauma release can be very powerful and start to release the stubborn effects of trauma that may have built up over many years. With this release, you may feel less pain, feel lighter and feel more positive!
The initial session can last up to one and a half hours with additional session of up to one hour as needed. This technique is also an ideal add on to a session of compassionate trauma release, for a complete commencement of healing.
